Cancellation Policy

* If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled class, your access will be denied to class without refund. *  Please note that we do require 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules! No Exceptions. Any cancelled after the time requirement or those who do not show will be denied access and will not be rescheduled. * No-call/No-show before 24 hours NO REFUND. * There is only ONE reschedule per class. Reschedules are based upon availability of pre-schedule classes. VZ
